Hi Everyone!
I am in Honduras now and will be here for the next 6 months. Life is going to be challenging here. I don't have many of the basic things we are used like hot water (sometimes we don't have water at all) or a washing machine. It is so hard to wash clothes on a board! I am teaching 2nd grade at a bilingual school. My students should, but don't, know much English. Their behavior is terrible. We have A LOT to work on. We have hardly any supplies for the classroom. We don't even have crayons or markers. I wasn't able to bring Kaya with me because I just didn't have any room. It's just as well because she would get really dirty here, it is so dusty from the dirt roads. I hope everyone is well probably won't post much in the next few months, but I will try. It is good to "talk" to people from "home". Here is the school's website: www.cofradiaschool.com
